Ms. Zhao obtained her Juris Doctor Degree from Michigan State University College of Law in year 2003. She maintained a full-ride trustee scholarship throughout law school. Ms. Zhao graduated from Peking University, China with a Master of Art degree in English Language and Literature in year 2000.

Membership: Chicago Bar Association; American Immigration Lawyer Association.
